We ship free of charge within Germany with DHL Paket and Deutsche Post. Each product can be tracked via DHL. Please note that some products may may have a longer shipping time.

If your product arrives damaged, we offer you a 100% refund or replace the product! We will cover the cost of returning your order. You will receive a return label from DHL Paket. For a return, please email us shop@belmique.de with your order number, your name and describe your problem to us. We will answer you within a few hours! The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. When purchasing on account, we will of course automatically forward the request to Klarna.

You can add any item to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item page. You can view the contents of the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping symbol at the top right of our shop. There you can also change the quantity of the desired products. If you want to buy the desired product, simply click on "Checkout". Next, we only need your delivery address and you are not obliged to create a customer account with us. Almost there! Now you have a choice of flexible payment options and your product will be with you in a few days.  You can track and trace your product via DHL at any time.
